Zonal Informatics Olympiad (ZIO) –
For the students of class 8 to 12
{Stage-1 of International Informatics Olympiad (IIO)}
Conducted by - Indian Association for Research in Computing Science (IARCS)
The examination will be a written examination to test the aptitude of the students, their logical competence, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.

Stages of Olympiad :
Stage-1 : Zonal Informatics Olympiad (ZIO)
Stage-2 : Stage-2 : Indian National Olympiad in Informatics (INOI)
Stage-3 : International Olympiad for Informatics Training Camp
Stage-4 International Informatics Olympiad (IIO)
Awards : -
* Students are awarded with Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.
Note :
* ZIO-2013 is the first round towards qualifying for the team to represent India at the International Olympiad in Informatics, 2013 (IOI-2013), to be held in Australia in July, 2013.
* Candidates should produce bonafide certificate with their photographs duly attested by the Principal of the school when they come to write the examination.
